We stand behind our tree care and shrub trimming services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable efforts to correct any issues with our service.
Due to the nature of our services, which involve professional labor and immediate work performed on your property, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion and will be evaluated based on:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled tree care or shrub trimming service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you request cancellation of services after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation, including any materials used and time spent on your property.
If you request changes to the agreed-upon service after work has commenced, additional charges may apply. We will discuss any changes and associated costs with you before proceeding.
If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, property access issues, or safety concerns), we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Charges will only apply for work that was completed.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding our service, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Our team will review your concerns and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Rather than providing refunds, we typically prefer to address concerns through service adjustments, corrections, or follow-up visits when appropriate. We believe this approach provides the best outcome for both parties.
All payment disputes should be brought to our attention within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review each dispute on an individual basis and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
